The Clerk IV coordinates the Isenberg Undergraduate Programs office student engagement area. Acts as a first resource for undergraduate students, faculty, parents/guardians and others to effectively triage needs, referring complex inquiries to appropriate office staff. |

| The Certified Medical Assistant assists providers with patient care including clerical, medical and organizational tasks consistent with University Health Services (UHS) organizational guidelines and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA) or Physician (MD). Works under the direct supervision of the CMA Practice Manager, who establishes work schedules, duty assignments and verifies work performance. |
