Director of Marketing, Communications, and Industry Relations Amherst
The Director of Communications, Marketing, and Industry Relations for Auxiliary Enterprises (AE) provides strategic leadership and hands‑on execution of integrated marketing, branding, and communications initiatives that support revenue generation, brand visibility, and alignment with University priorities. The position plans and implements short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies, manages internal and external messaging, and ensures consistent brand representation across AE’s diverse portfolio, including Dining, Catering, Hotel UMass, Conference Services, retail and off‑site enterprises, sustainability initiatives, and major events.
Power Plant Manager Amherst
The Power Plant Manager leads the plant operations and maintenance groups in the safe and efficient operation of the University of Massachusetts Amherst Central Heating Plant, manages the daily operation of the Central Heating Plant, assuring all plant operations are done in compliance with all permits, laws, and regulations and, has significant input to the scheduling of preventative, predictive, corrective and overhaul maintenance of all Central Heating Plant equipment and systems.
Director of Dining Operations Amherst
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director of Dining Services (EDS), responsible for the overall success of Retail Dining Services (RDS) and oversight of the day-to-day operations of Residential Dining Services (RDS). The Director of Dining Operations provides leadership in developing and executing strategies to deliver high quality dining experiences and excellent customer service to University students, faculty, staff, campus visitors, and guests, while achieving operational and financial goals and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are maintained. Specific areas of responsibility include the oversight of the University's self-operated dining operations, maintenance, and janitorial.

Provides administrative and clerical support to the department of Health Promotion and Policy (HPP) including the Chair, Graduate Program Director, Office Manager, Program Heads, faculty members, and student workers. Participates in supervision of student workers.
Grantee Specialist Manager Hadley
The Grantee Specialist Manager (GSM) ensures quality programs, systems, and operations and the smooth delivery of training, consultation and technical assistance of the Region I Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Network. The GSM works closely with the Regional Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator (TTAC) and the Regional Early Childhood Manager (RECM) to align work with the priorities of the Administration for Children and Families (ACF)/Office of Head Start (OHS) Regional Office.
