| Direct and manage research support services for the College of Engineering (CoE). The College of Engineering has five departments, 17 centers and institutes, and more than 150 research active faculty and staff. This director position will build and manage a team of staff (2-3) focused on providing faculty and research staff with support in the development and submission of sponsors (including industry & non-profit foundations), compliant grant proposals (including interpreting sponsor guidelines), complying with University policies and developing appropriate budgets. This position reports to the Associate Dean of Research. |

| This position supports the Head of the Project Management Office in the day-to-day coordination and operational functions of the PMO. This role helps maintain project management standards, processes, and methodologies by assisting project managers and ensuring consistent application of PMO practices across campus projects. The Team Lead serves as a first point of contact for project related inquiries, supports the development of PMO programs such as the mentor–mentee initiative, and contributes to effective project delivery that aligns with the university’s goals. |

| The Collections Manager (Technical Assistant III) of the University of Massachusetts Herbarium is responsible for managing and maintaining a herbarium of approximately 275,000 specimens and records, supervision of paid student and non-student curatorial assistants, and advising faculty, students, visiting researchers, and the general public using herbarium collections. |
