| The Associate Director of Operations provides executive-level administrative, operational, and strategic support functions to the Executive Deputy Provost (EDP). Under the direction of the Chief of Staff, the Associate Director of Operations maintains clarity, oversight and visibility into ongoing projects and activities, leads the development of analysis and executive briefings that inform decision-making on strategic and operational matters, and helps to align stakeholders to advance executive priorities and ensure coordinated execution. |

| Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Dean and Executive Director of the SBS Pathway's Center, this position provides entry-level advising for College of Social and Behavioral Sciences (SBS) students in various social science majors, double majors, dual degrees, and minors, as well as University exploratory track students. The position works closely with other advising personnel to ensure high quality advising and academic services for all students, with particular emphasis on programmatic needs for first-year, transfer, and at-risk students, and uses computer-based registration and academic records technology, such as Spire and Navigate. The position is responsive to the widely varied needs of diverse student populations and works in a high volume and fast-paced work environment. |

Post Doctoral Research Associate - Weather Hazard Testbed Development and Research

| Funded by the UMass, Amherst, Paros Center for Atmospheric Research, this position is integral to establishing a testbed centered on the UMass, Amherst, campus that integrates a variety of instruments to conduct original research into local and mesoscale processes contributing to extreme weather. We are looking for a Ph. D. scientist who is knowledgeable in one or more of the areas of boundary layer meteorology, terrain-induced circulations, precipitation processes and ground-based measurements, and has extensive experience in deploying and analyzing observations from ground-based field measurements. The UMass testbed is intended to provide research and educational opportunities to explore the weather phenomena of Western Massachusetts including, gravity waves, diurnal wind circulations, heavy precipitation, winter precipitation, and implications for local flooding or other impacts. At this time, the testbed is envisioned to emphasize three integrated observing sites in the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts, the most extensive of which will be near the UMass campus and proximate to the UMass dual polarimetric x-band radar (UMaXX). |

Works as a member of a team cleaning custodial program CCAP – (Cleaning Cost Analysis Program), which includes housekeeping, cleaning, moving furniture and trash removal. |

| The Administrative Coordinator - Clerk IV supports the planning and execution of administrative matters in support of the Isenberg academic departments. The position acts as a liaison for academic departments with other offices in the Isenberg School of Management (ISOM) including the Undergraduate Programs Office, Graduate Programs Office, Office of Career Success, and the ISOM Dean’s and Administrative Resources Office. |
