Senior Personal Assistant

An excellent opportunity has become available to join our People & Culture team as Personal Assistant to the General Manager Group. In this role you will provide a high level of professional, timely and accurate assistance to the GM providing exceptional support and structuring the work environment in such a way that the GM can focus on achieving the key objectives of their role.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Effective management of the GM's diary & Email management
  • Events and Travel co-ordination
  • Coordination of Internal and External Meetings
  • Management of Board/Committee Papers
  • High level administration duties including preparation of reports and presentations
  • People and Culture related duties including SAP/MSS assistance
  • Supporting the team and increasing efficiencies
  • Acting as an advocate for the GM within the business and keeping them updated on anything going on in the broader business.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Personal Assistant at a senior level in a corporate professional environment is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills with experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the business and external service providers
