We have a few opportunities for self-motivated individuals to join our leading claims team based in our MLC Nth Sydney office. The role purpose is providing effective, customer focused assessment of risk insurance claims managing them from notification through to conclusion.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role are to:    Assess, manage, and administer a portfolio of group claims to achieve profitability

•     Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective & proactive communication
•     Provide technical training and assistance with new staff
•     Act as a point of reference for technical queries
•     Contribute to improve the efficiency and quality of existing processes and systems to create better opportunities
•     Actively participate in project work
