Developing strong relationships across the business and with customers, you will ensure your stakeholder needs are met by ensuring work is processed accurately and within agreed SLA's.  You will ensure Operations Procedures are in place and up to date and any changes/modification are approved by Team Leader/Manager.

Ideally you have experience in a similar role and have excellent attention to detail, be willing and able to escalate issues and work within a defined set of controls. You build strong relationships and are confident in dealing across a range of stakeholders.

Collateral Management supports activity globally, so all individual members of the CMU are responsible for ensuring that all functions are covered effectively. This includes working shifts as required.
