Provide administrative support.

Process vendors, prepare purchase orders or requisitions and process invoices in the SAP vendor management and accounts payable system

Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, primarily PowerPoint and Excel, utilizing company formats

Answering incoming phone calls and screen cold calls

Organize meetings and conferences (send invitations, book meeting rooms or external locations, collect meeting documents and prepare final versions)

Handle office correspondence

Liaise with travel agent to organize travel arrangements as requested

Keep all documents and folders up to date in Documentum
-
Prepare meeting agenda and scribe meeting minutes
-
Maintain and enhance BHP Billiton's reputation as a reliable and reputable supplier
-
Assist GM and Regional Marketing Manager with projects as required
