ore Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative support.
  • Process vendors, prepare purchase orders or requisitions and process invoices in the SAP vendor management and accounts payable system
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, primarily PowerPoint and Excel, utilizing company formats
  • Answering incoming phone calls and screen cold calls
  • Organize meetings and conferences (send invitations, book meeting rooms or external locations, collect meeting documents and prepare final versions)
  • Handle office correspondence
  • Liaise with travel agent to organize travel arrangements as requested
  • Keep all documents and folders up to date in Documentum
  • Prepare meeting agenda and scribe meeting minutes
  • Maintain and enhance BHP Billiton's reputation as a reliable and reputable supplier
  • Assist GM and Regional Marketing Manager with projects as required
