Manage the Feasibility and value engineering through EPCM and other contractor

•  Establish, authorize, review and update engineering standards, procedures and guidelines for Nimba.

•  Complete engineering component of the Execution Plan through the Nimba project management team.

•  Provide input into development for engineering execution strategy for pre feasibility study and project execution.

•  Provide input into scope development, tendering and selection of EPCM contractors.

•  Provide functional leadership to EPCM contractors through the Project management team to ensure adherence to engineering standards, procedures and guidelines.

•  Work with the HSEC professionals to ensure HSEC Management Standards are an integral part of engineering services and that these are clearly conveyed to the EPCM contractors.

•  Ensure the goal of Zero Harm is inherent in all engineering services and establish the "Design for Safety" during the engineering phase of the project

•  Conduct analysis of activities and implement corrective action where deviation from approved plans and budgets occur.
