Training Coordinator

Reporting to the Training & Development Manager and supporting the site teams, you will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing all site based training programs in accordance with needs of the business. Your role will include managing the site's induction standards and processes, conducting training needs analysis and developing training packages to meet immediate and future needs as well as establishing and maintaining training records and plans.

You will have proven experience in a similar role and will have worked in either mining or an industrial environment. Relevant tertiary qualifications, experience in design and delivery of training programs and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessing will be required.  You will have actively contributed to providing input into the training direction and have provided advice and support across a range of stakeholders. Results orientation, solid organisational skills coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all key stakeholders is essential.
