Executive Assistant

Working at this senior level you will take responsibilities for all meetings, diary management, global travel arrangements and expense management, contact database management, correspondence and business PowerPoint presentations. You will deal directly with clients and as such be a key member of this market facing, client-focused team.

You will:

  • hold appropriate secretarial qualifications
  • demonstrate a sound and progressive work history in a secretarial capacity
  • have excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy building relationships at all levels
  • be organised and time-managed, methodical and accurate
  • show that you adopt a pro-active approach to your work
  • display sound PC skills across Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
