About the role

Are you looking to take part in the next chapter at the TAC and contribute to TAC’s refreshed strategy? An exciting opportunity exists to join the Enterprise Transformation division as a Change Manger. The Change Manager will plan and deliver change management activities required for the successful implementation of projects to within the Digital Delivery Portfolio of projects.

The Change Manager will work within the Enterprise Transformation Division to support delivery of strategic projects within TAC’s refreshed strategy. Day-to-day guidance will be provided by the Lead Change Manager and the Divisional Leadership Team.  Functional reporting will be to the Manager Change & Engagement.  The role will leverage TAC Change Management methodology (PROSCI) and best practice thinking, and help build internal change management and leadership capability.

 

About the Team

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, this role will support stakeholders from the Digital Delivery branch in the Enterprise Transformation Division which is a friendly, professional and collaborative branch who contribute to the organisation’s strategic priorities in a cost effective way that optimises client outcomes, employee experience and a positive community impact.

 

What we’re looking for

 

Strong Stakeholder Management skills           

Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong networks and operate as a trusted advisor to the business at all levels

 

Proven change management and project management experience including:

  • Highly developed change management, project management, business engagement and a customer focus
  • Experience working with project teams, including delivery of projects from scope to completion
  • Organisational design experience would be strongly desirable
  • Experience in enterprise data transformation programs strongly desirable

 

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage, influence, collaborate, leverage networks and negotiate at all levels throughout the organisation
