About the role
As a Claims Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of recovery claims and supporting the objectives of colleagues and the wider branch. You’ll be responsible for achieving efficient, fair, and cost-effective outcomes for the TAC scheme, with a strong focus on pre-litigation resolution.
You will make informed decisions within financial delegations and contribute to the continuous improvement of claims management practice. As part of a broader organisational review, the functions and processes within the team are currently evolving. This transformation is expected to continue throughout the duration of this fixed term role, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of claims management at the TAC. If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy being part of meaningful change, this is the perfect time to join the team.
About the Team
You will join the Interstate and Recoveries team within the Common Law branch – a collaborative and multi-functional group committed to delivering fair and timely outcomes for clients and the TAC scheme.
