  • Offering a competitive salary of $127,620 plus superannuation (per annum)

About the role 

As the TAC’s newest Scrum Master, you will drive the successful Agile Scrum delivery of digital delivery products. In this role, you will provide direction, coaching and mentorship to team members and senior leaders within the organisation.   

You’ll be responsible for implementing tools and techniques that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices. Additionally, you’ll be a subject matter expert on Agile principles and will present your insights and developments through comprehensive reports to various levels of leadership.  

 

About the Team 

Enterprise Transformation division is committed to ensuring the successful delivery of the TAC’s strategic priorities cost effectively in a way that optimises client outcomes, employee experience an a positive community impact. The division oversees the Portfolio, program and project delivery for the TAC, as well as technology development and operations.   

As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will work closely with professionals across various disciplines, contributing to an environment that encourages innovation, agile practices and shared success.  

 

What we’re looking for  

      Agile Expertise 

You will be certified in Agile Frameworks such as Scrum, SAFE, or LESS, with extensive experience in roles like Agile Coach or Scrum Master. You will be able to successfully lead up to 3 delivery squads of approximately 5-8 members each; guiding them through stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning meeting to achieve project success.  

 

Analytical & Communication Skills  

Demonstrated strength in conceptual thinking, detail orientation, and exceptional communication capability to translate technical issues into business insights, ensuring transparency and effectiveness in delivery.  

 

Coaching & Mentorship 

Proven ability to coach and mentor teams as well as senior leaders, enhancing their understanding and application of Agile practices while building a trusting and collaborative team atmosphere.
