Right now, we’re seeking an Enterprise Change Analyst who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role
The Enterprise Change Analyst supports TAC to embed modern, consistent and measurable change management practice across the business. Working with various stakeholders across the organisation, the Change Analyst is responsible for facilitating key enterprise change forums and groups, codesigning change tools and templates and supporting organisational change capacity uplift projects. Playing a fundamental role in gathering change data and producing reports and analysis, you will enable key decision making that supports TAC to meet its transformation objectives.

About the team
You will join a brand-new branch within a newly established division – Enterprise Change and Workplace Experience, focused on enabling and supporting a high-performance culture where our change program, workplace environment and strategic initiatives engage and empower our employees to deliver exceptional results for our clients and community.
Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Change, who leads constructively with clarity, empowerment, and trust, you will be supported to work as part of a collaborative, high performing and solutions-focused team.

 

What we’re looking for

Insight Driven Analyst
You have demonstrated experience analysing data and producing reports that translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. Your work supports informed decision-making across programs, projects, and leadership forums.

Collaborative Stakeholder Partner
You are skilled at collaborating with project teams and business leaders to gather data, educate and align strategic priorities, and deliver outcomes through structured, people-centered delivery.

Strategic Change Project Delivery Experience
You bring experience managing key change initiatives and projects, contributing to the broader program of work that strengthens change capability across the organisation.
