Executive Assistant & Investor Relations Coordinator
Sydney 

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant & Investor Relations Coordinator to provide high level support to the EGM Investor Relations & Corporate Development in Sydney on a permanent full-time basis.

There are two key responsibility areas to this role:

  • Investor Relations Coordinator:  Support with delivery of the Investor Relations team’s key priorities, including engagement with key stakeholders – institutional and retail investors, sell-side analysts, senior management and board directors, investor communications, management of the share registry, and involvement in other projects as required.
  • Executive Assistant: Provide high level administrative and organisational support to the Executive General Manager and the leadership team. The incumbent is expected to support, problem solve and constantly and consistently seek out improvements to the administration of this function and the broader division.

What you’ll do:

IR Coordination

  • Assists with relationship with shareholders, brokers, proxy advisors, and capital market participants.
  • Assists with engagement with credit rating agencies, company share register including with billing and contact.
  • Assists with preparation of market communications, including presentations and ASX releases.
  • Prepares and coordinates information and diligence packs for investor meetings including for results, strategy updates, remuneration and chair roadshows.
  • Coordinates and prepares the roadshows for the above
  • Monitors and responds to the investor relations inbox including responding to retail shareholders as appropriate.
  • Actively engages with and distributes market information relevant to the Group including, peer ASX and other releases, RBA releases, trade publications.
  • Support with delivery of the Investor Relations team’s key priorities, including investor communications, management of the share registry, and involvement in other projects as required.

Executive Assistant

  • Administrative support, including managing a complex diary and calendar, ensuring that day-to-day priorities and changes are met and managed effectively, and scheduling internal and external meetings, including domestic and international roadshows.
  • Ensure documents and papers are of a high quality and distributed in accordance with procedure and deadlines.
  • Coordinate the IR and Corp Dev teams and the cadence for other internal divisional meetings, and support drafting of agendas, minutes and following up action items.
  • Coordination of team events and functions, and assist the EGM improve engagement through recognition activities.
  • Provide high level administrative and organisational support to the Executive General Manager and the leadership team.
  • Problem solve and constantly and consistently seek out improvements to the administration of this function and the broader division.

What you’ll bring:

  • Investor Relations and Capital Markets experience and interest.
  • Experience in supporting senior executives within a corporate environment, encompassing complex business transactions.
  • Experience with working in environments with highly sensitive information.
  • Be able to build collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Management of meetings and all site tours with external investors and brokers.
  • Coordination of roadshows and conferences.
  • Proven organisational skills – ability to effectively prioritise and manage workloads.
