People & Culture Advisor

• 12-month full-time contract
• Flexible working locations of Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne
• Lead delivery and project manage P&C initiatives

As a P&C Advisor, you will drive business value by leading People & Culture prioritised projects and initiatives. This role is responsible for project management and collaborating to create buy in from stakeholders to deliver solutions to scope that meet governance standards and frameworks.

What you’ll do

• Define project plans from relevant inputs, execute to agreed scope and adapt to changing requirements as required
• Lead projects including any assigned resources to meet the project objectives
• Balance the competing constraints on projects with the resources available
• Identify and ensure key senior stakeholders remain engaged and informed
• Act as the senior project escalation point, escalate material risks, issues and change requests

What you’ll bring

• Experience in the end-to-end project management of strategic and operational initiatives
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Agile, Lean and Human Centred Design methodologies
• Demonstrated stakeholder management experience with strong capability engaging and influencing stakeholders
• Advanced communication skills with the ability to engage people at all levels and through all mediums
• Highly proficient stakeholder and relationship management including the ability to understand key business drivers to ensure alignment of outcomes to objectives
• Successful track record of managing multiple deliverables, changing requirements, diverse and challenging stakeholders and shifting timelines
