In our Case Management Advisor role, the primary objective is to collaborate closely with Bank-aligned ER & Safety representatives to identify critical trends and emerging people risks within the Bank through comprehensive data analysis. This involves developing and implementing strategies to effectively address identified trends and mitigate risks. Additionally, serving as a mentor and escalation point for Consultants within the team is crucial, ensuring their development and proficiency in handling cases.
What you’ll do
- Working with the Bank-aligned Principal, Employee Relations, and the Bank-aligned Principal, Safety, Wellness & Resilience, to identify key trends and emerging people risks relevant to the Bank through data analysis and implementing strategies to address them
- Providing timely, accurate, commercially balanced, and legislatively sound risk-based advice to address complex people issues, including advice, coaching, and support for leaders
- Managing and responding to disputes, complaints, external claims, and litigation, including representing Suncorp at external conciliations and conferences
- Leading the design and delivery of proactive education initiatives for leaders and employees
- Supporting the Manager, Case Management with driving operational performance, implementing process efficiency, and continuous improvement opportunities
What you’ll bring
- Minimum five years’ experience in legal/HR or Consulting roles
- Strong working knowledge of case management, employee relations, and associated processes
- Advanced process excellence, continuous improvement capability, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding and application of risk assessment and controls, and commercial acumen
- Ability to lead initiatives and engage individuals to deliver successful outcomes
