We are looking for a Management Assistant to join our Enterprise Delivery team and provide a high level of administrative support to 3 Executive Manager’s and the broader team. This role will be required to actively problem solve to help the team meet and exceed their business goals.

This role is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney.

What you’ll do

  • Inbox and Diary Management
  • Scheduling of internal and external meetings
  • Organising regular and recurring meetings
  • Prepare monthly credit card reconciliation
  • Assist with the recruitment process including position management, job approval requests, interview set up and induction
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Prepare documents for internal and external communications

What you’ll bring

  • Previous PA or EA experience within a busy corporate environment
  • Strong organisational, planning and administration skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Nitro
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prioritisation and time management skills, with ability to work in a deadline and remain calm and rational under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Commitment to and ability to work collaboratively towards team goals
  • Works effectively in diverse and flexible teams, valuing different views and experience and maintaining confidentiality
