As the Manager CTO Planning & Operations, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the Chief Technology and AI Transformation (CTO) function delivers excellence across technology transformation and AI initiatives. This leadership role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and team leadership to optimize the CTO’s performance, scalability, and efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the CTO’s operations, including in support of AI delivery initiatives.
- Lead the management and monitoring of operational budgets, resourcing and performance metrics including designing and running management forums and governance practices.
- Create and deliver executive-ready presentations, briefing papers, or artefacts to communicate actionable insights from complex technology, operational or financial information.
- Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders through consistent ways-of-working to align on engagement and prioritisation models, delivery, and run functions.
- Build strong relationships across all levels of management and support stakeholders effectively
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Business (desired).
- Expertise in technology delivery, Agile practices, and IT operations.
- Strong relationship management experience
- Executive-level relationship building and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in financial, analytical, forecasting (costs & benefits), reporting, and financial modelling.
