We currently have a fulltime permanent position in our Unmeritorious Team in CTP Personal Injury Claims where you will be responsible for managing claims and applying strategies while maintaining excellent customer service.
This role will start on the 10th of February 2025.
What you’ll do
- Managing day to day tasks in a portfolio of claims, including regular contact with our customers
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Obtain and review medical, financial, investigative and rehabilitation reports to assist in the accurate assessment of individual claims
- Ensure legislative compliance timeframes are met in conjunction with ongoing review of medical, financial investigative and rehabilitation reports
- Adopt appropriate strategies to resolve claims cost effectively
- Provide an excellent level of customer service to the legislative authority, employers and injured parties through compliance with legislation, timely response times and efficiency in processing

- Strong analytical skills to determine genuineness versus fraudulent conduct
- Proactive mindset and ability to prioritise work with autonomy
- Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Resilient, confident and willing to learn in a continuous changing environment
- Ability to manage in a fast paced and high-volume space
- Previous Personal Insurance or Insurance Industry experience is desirable but not essential
