As the Executive Manager, Brand & Customer Strategy, you will lead in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth across Suncorp’s diverse brand portfolio. This leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to influence business outcomes through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Lead the development and execution of brand portfolio strategies
- Identify growth opportunities and drive performance culture
- Champion innovation and cross-functional collaboration
- Advocate for seamless customer growth strategies across functions
- Oversee brand planning and execution aligned to business objectives
- Lead quarterly brand forums and develop brand business plans
What you’ll bring:
- 15+ years of experience in brand strategy and customer growth
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on performance culture
- Excellent communication and strategic planning capabilities
- Expertise in market segmentation and performance analytics
- Proven ability to drive innovative customer engagement solutions
- Deep understanding of brand portfolio management principles
