We have a new and exciting leadership opportunity in our Customer Transformation and Insights team to help us make a difference and meet our vision of building futures and protecting what matters. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about customers and who wants to be part of a high performing and motivated team.
This role will see you taking a holistic view of customer data and turning it into meaningful, easily understood, and actionable insights to be used to drive an improved customer experience across Suncorp New Zealand. You will also develop a roadmap for improvement and standardisation of customer metrics, consolidation of structured and unstructured feedback sources. Additionally, you will be responsible for the delivery of a cohesive customer insights ecosystem utilising our existing customer insights platforms and data assets.
About you:
- At least 3 years in a similar role in a large and complex organisation
- 10+ years in insights/research of customer experience roles
- Strong people leadership experience
- Proven experience in communication, reporting and planning, preferably as part of a strategic business, customer marketing or finance function
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
- First-hand experience of customer transformation and improvement programs
- Ability to effectively communicate and present insights to a range of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
