We’re looking for passionate, compassionate professionals to fill a permanent full-time role within one of our collaborative Claims Manager teams. Play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, offering reassurance and support to landlords when it matters most.
Your Role at Suncorp
As a Claims Manager, you'll:
- Manage Multiple Claims: Oversee a portfolio of cases, providing timely updates and clear communication to our customers.
- Review and Process Claims: Work with customers to assess and settle claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate positive, meaningful connections with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Engage with customers empathetically and provide ongoing support, ensuring they’re informed every step of the way.
