The Learning Lead is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality learning and training solutions that enhance capability across Commercial Claims. In this role, you will develop and maintain impactful programs that strengthen skills and knowledge across the team. You will provide expert guidance on learning best practices, helping to raise the standard of training and drive continuous improvement across the workforce. Additionally, you will support the development, implementation, and management of the Learning Governance Framework for Commercial Claims.
This role also leads the design and coordination of targeted learning initiatives and onboarding programs that align with the overall Commercial Claims strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the design and coordination of onboarding programmes for new recruits into Commercial Claims teams
- Lead the design of learning solutions which aligns to the Commercial Claims strategy
- Build workforce capability through high quality facilitation of core onboarding and job ready learning programs when required
- Facilitate Commercial Claims training programs when required
- Support the development and implementation of a sustainable Learning Governance Framework for Commercial Claims including the tools, frameworks, and supporting documentation that evidences compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in developing learning & capability offerings in a corporate and highly regulated setting, leveraging a variety of delivery methods and models
- Minimum 3 years insurance or financial services work experience
- Demonstrated experience management of frameworks and governance or within a related field
- Experience in developing and designing learning solutions
- Experience in classroom and virtual instructor led training desired.
