About the role
We’re seeking a Principal Platform Consultant AEM to provide strategic and technical leadership for our Digital Experience Platform (DXP), anchored in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). In this pivotal role, you’ll shape the technology roadmap, drive innovation, and ensure platform scalability to deliver seamless, personalised, and customer-centric digital experiences. Working closely with Product Owners and Delivery Managers, you'll enable integration across identity, analytics, and enterprise systems, while mentoring teams and championing best practices to support continuous improvement and enterprise-wide digital transformation.
What you'll do
- Shape AEM platform strategy aligned to business and customer needs
- Provide expert guidance on AEM architecture, best practices, and scalable design across Sites, Assets, Forms, and Headless
- Lead platform guardrails for digital asset management, workflows, and personalisation
- Optimise platform performance and drive automation via Adobe Cloud Manager and CI/CD
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems to support user experience
- Mentor teams and engage stakeholders to drive adoption and uplift capability
What you'll bring
- 5+ years delivering and optimising Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Forms, Headless)
- Strong leadership in AEM design, integration, and scalable platform architecture
- Skilled in React, REST APIs, GraphQL, Adobe I/O, and client-side integrations
- Experience with content governance, localisation, accessibility, and performance tuning
- Proficient in CI/CD, Git, and automated testing for reliable delivery
- Effective collaborator with UX, developers, testers, and product owners
