This is a unique opportunity to lead a team focused on delivering brand experiences through national events, partnerships, and motor enthusiast community engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of passionate Business Development professionals across the country
  • Drive the delivery and integration of national event activity, partnerships, and car club engagement for Shannons
  • Foster high performance through coaching, development, and empowerment of a remote and regionally dispersed team
  • Use customer insights and market knowledge to drive brand visibility, deepen relationships, and support profitable growth
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Events, Strategy, and Customer Service to execute programs of work
  • Ensure compliance, process efficiency, and uphold the safety and wellbeing of your team
  • Act as a brand ambassador, championing Shannons within the Motoring Enthusiast community and wider industry

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in business development, sales, or event-based roles, ideally within insurance, automotive, or financial services
  • Experience managing and motivating remote teams
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A strong grasp of performance metrics and how to use data and coaching to uplift results
  • A passion for community, events, and driving team excellence
  • An understanding of the regulatory landscape in financial services is desirable
