We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our high-performing Data and Enterprise Technology team. In this role, you'll lead technical efforts, provide mentorship, and support our critical MDM platform and future solutions. Your responsibilities include consulting with project management, coordinating solution delivery, and promoting Agile and DevOps practices. You'll be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality solutions and contributing fresh ideas for improvement. What you’ll do 

• Champion Agile and DevOps methodologies for value-driven project delivery 
• Innovatively solve complex problems and think beyond traditional boundaries
• Lead and mentor specialist developers to promote best practices 
• Cultivate a DevOps mindset and foster an innovative, results-driven culture 
• Identify and implement technical improvements to align with business needs 
• Drive continuous improvement, create reusable development patterns, and uphold agile principles 

What you’ll bring 

• 5 years of experience working in the software development Industry 
• 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM Master Data Management Advanced Edition v11.x (Mandatory)
• Experience working in an agile development/delivery environment 
• Experience with DevOps processes and Cloud services (AWS)  
• Demonstrated experience in Leading developing and building end to end technical strategies focusing on quality and fast feedback approaches, against diverse architectures 
• Experience in working with and developing Continuous Integration approaches  
• Experience with Java development IDE’s such as Eclipse or IntelliJ
