Suncorp is evolving its corporate platforms to support a modern, future-ready business environment. As a Solution Architect (Corporate Platforms), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise-level solutions across HR, Finance, Procurement, and other core business systems. Your expertise will guide the design of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that power Suncorp’s corporate functions.
What You’ll Do
- Architect end-to-end solutions for Oracle ecosystem including Fusion, ARCS, HCM, EPM and FDI
- Lead technical design for Finance, HR, and Procurement modules, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business requirements
- Define current, transition, and target architectures with a focus on scalability, performance, and security
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to optimise Oracle ecosystem capabilities and integrations
- Evaluate Oracle ecosystem advancements, tools, and extensions to inform platform roadmaps
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams and business stakeholders
- Peer review solution designs to ensure architectural compliance and delivery of best practice outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in solution architecture or design
- Proven expertise with Oracle Fusion – including designing, integrating, or implementing HR, Finance, or Procurement modules
- Experience in corporate platforms such as ERP, HCM, or Finance systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, and familiarity with ArchiMate
- Experience working in Agile and Lean delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to business leaders
