You’ll work on real projects that protect customers, harness data for smarter decisions, and bring new technology solutions to life, all while building your expertise in a dynamic, supportive environment.

• Minimum Starting Salary: $79,500 including super 
• Locations: Brisbane, Sydney 

About our Program 

We’re offering opportunities in technical and non-technical roles across the following streams, each with its own unique focus area: 

• Business Analysis (Non-Technical)
  Play a key role in understanding business needs and turning them into actionable solutions. Work on process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making – helping deliver solutions that creates real value.  
  • Preferred degrees: Business, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, Law, HR, Process Engineering, Applied Economics or relates fields.  
  • Skills we value: Critical thinking, problem-solving, strong communication, adaptability, and a data-savvy mindset. 

• Cyber Security (Technical)
  Help protect what matters by building expertise across Threat Management, Application Security, Security Assurance, and Resilience & Recovery. 
  • Preferred degrees: Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Computer Science (cyber focus), or related fields. 
  • Skills we value: Analytical thinking, curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for security. 

• Software Engineering (Technical)
  Design and build innovative technology solutions that support Suncorp’s customers and operations. Gain hands-on experience in software development, automation, and modern engineering practices. 
  • Preferred degrees: Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines. 
  • Skills we value: Problem-solving, teamwork, curiosity, and a drive to build quality software. 

Who can apply? 

• Full working rights in Australia 
• Studying or have studied at an Australian or New Zealand university  
• Completed a minimum of bachelor's degree within the last two years (2023, 2024 or 2025), or will complete prior to the program commencing  
• Minimum ‘pass’ grade
