About the role
As a Senior QA Mobile, you’ll guide and mentor a team of test professionals while driving automation excellence across our mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with developers, business SMEs, and project teams to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards. This is a growth-focused role with opportunities to expand your leadership and technical capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and maintenance of mobile test automation frameworks
- Collaborate across DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyse solution designs and documentation to create robust test cases
- Conduct API and UI testing using tools like WebdriverIO, Postman, and Ready API
- Guide and mentor QA team members to deliver quality outcomes
- Report on test progress and outcomes using Azure DevOps
- Support manual testing and regression builds as needed
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years’ experience in mobile Quality Assurance and test automation (WebdriverIO, Postman, Ready API)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
- Experience in insurance domain and CRM/UI testing is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify bugs across tech platforms
