You’ll play a key role in making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time, helping to deliver faster, better service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse live and historical data to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights to frontline leaders.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of automation and AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Deliver accurate, timely reporting aligned with evolving business needs to support decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Consumer Operations, Claims, and Business teams to enable effective workforce planning.
  • Champion data literacy, promote performance transparency, and test new digital features in Genesys Cloud and Salesforce.

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in contact centre operations, workforce management, or performance analytics.
  • Proficiency with Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation technologies is highly desirable.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all organisational levels.
