As a Test Analyst in the Consumer Prevention and Protection Portfolio, you’ll coordinate and execute testing across the Terri Scheer websites and database systems. You’ll ensure high-quality delivery of upgrades and provide technical support to users, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute end-to-end testing across multiple projects, ensuring robust coverage and quality outcomes.
- Design and run manual tests, while exploring opportunities for automation.
- Analyse business requirements and contribute to acceptance criteria and solution decisions.
- Raise, track and resolve defects, escalating risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Support system upgrades and releases, including after-hours work when required.
- Create user stories and specifications that support agile/waterfall delivery and customer-focused outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in software testing and defect management.
- Experience in technical support and working with high-availability systems.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Ability to create test strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and ability to run queries (desired).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
