Known internally as a Platform Enablement Lead, you’ll support the strategic and operational uplift of cloud platforms. You’ll collaborate across teams to align governance, risk, and procurement functions with platform goals, ensuring efficient and compliant delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Support operational rhythms including financial tracking, reporting, and process uplift to drive platform efficiency
- Enable compliance and governance across platform teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
- Coordinate risk management activities, partnering with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
- Facilitate procurement and vendor engagement, ensuring commercial alignment and financial viability
- Collaborate across engineering, architecture, and support teams to align platform strategy and delivery
- Drive continuous improvement and maturity uplift across enablement disciplines
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in IT operations within large organisations, with a focus on governance, enablement and process improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes through structured planning and collaboration
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across teams
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in cloud platform operations
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent experience
