As Platform Technology Lead, you’ll provide strategic technical leadership across cloud and infrastructure platforms. You’ll drive engineering excellence, enable platform adoption, and collaborate across teams to uplift capability and reliability. This role sits within a dynamic and supportive environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and operation of cloud and infrastructure platforms to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Develop reusable infrastructure patterns and reference architectures, embedding best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support platform adoption and resolve technical challenges.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concepts to drive innovation and enhance developer experience.
- Embed secure-by-default principles and ensure compliance with risk and governance requirements.
- Mentor engineers and foster a community of practice focused on DevOps, automation, and platform design excellence.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in cloud services and enterprise-scale platform management.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide technical teams and share best practices.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native tooling.
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and influence technical direction and standards.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and improving platform reliability and performance.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on delivering business value.
