As a Senior Oracle Fusion Functional Specialist, you’ll ensure the stability, accuracy, and strategic alignment of Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and EPM platforms. You’ll support major transformation programs, drive capability uplift, and contribute to seamless go-live readiness across the business. This role is key to enabling timely financial processing, maintaining data integrity, and reducing reliance on external vendors.
What You’ll Do
- Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across ERP, HCM, and EPM
- Support platform uplifts and go-live readiness for strategic programs like Digital Insurer and People Home
- Deliver second-level support and proactive issue resolution to ensure operational continuity
- Drive training, documentation, and succession planning to uplift internal capability
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to deliver integrations, enhancements, and upgrades
- Manage Oracle licensing and costing administration, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in Oracle Fusion functional implementation, with deep ERP and EPM expertise
- Experience in Oracle Cloud system administration, user/role management, and costing/licensing
- Strong background in business analysis or technical analysis, with Agile delivery experience
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills across Finance, HR, and IT
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and secure development practices
- Proven ability to lead training, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration initiatives
