About the Role
As Chapter Lead – Identity, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Identity chapter, fostering technical mastery, career growth, and a culture of continuous learning.
- Guide and mentor IAM specialists, supporting their professional development and capability uplift.
- Drive the adoption of engineering excellence and best practices across identity and API teams, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Tribe Leads, and Delivery stakeholders to align chapter work with strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
- Promote innovation, well-being, and continuous improvement within the chapter.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Technology, Risk, Cyber Security, and Delivery teams.
- Oversee the definition and implementation of standards, processes, and guardrails for identity and API platforms.
- Ensure chapter work aligns with compliance, security, and business objectives.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership and coaching skills, with experience developing technical professionals and building high-performing teams.
- Ability to set clear expectations, drive accountability, and create visibility of work and outcomes.
- Experience in driving engineering excellence, process improvement, and best practice adoption.
- Experience in resource planning, performance management, and capability development across distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing alignment across teams.
- Understanding of IAM protocols and platforms, with the ability to guide teams toward technical mastery (hands-on expertise is valued but not required).
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and adaptive security controls.
