- We’re looking for a Senior Configurator with Duck Creek experience

The Senior Configurator (Duck Creek) leads a project team responsible for delivering technical implementation tasks for customers, works without supervision, and will engage leadership as necessary. The Senior Configurator is responsible for delivering successful outcomes for a customer and is a trusted advisor for the customer team. The Senior Configurator is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and is able to assist and advise other teams in understanding the functional impact of various implementation options.
The preferred candidate must have experience with Duck Creek technology.
What you'll do
- Lead the design of software configurations to align with business process designs and application requirements
- Provide timely and effective updates on project progress, ensuring service and solution deliverables meet agreed expectations
- Oversee the development of a configured application prototype and facilitate client walkthroughs to validate configuration designs and identify potential gaps
- Offer expert guidance to junior team members, helping them navigate technical challenges
- Lead a team of developers, designers, and architects, ensuring that configuration and custom components meet application requirements
What you'll bring
- 8+ years Software Engineering experience with 2+ years’ experience working on Duck Creek
- Experience with implementation of Duck Creek Platform
- Duck Creek bootcamp trained & certified required
- Strong understanding of Duck Creek architecture, Data Model, UI Design, processes & events
- Proven ability to do medium complex configuration in Duck Creek
- Experience in HTML, ASP, and XML preferred
