About the role
As a Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll support the smooth operation of digital applications across customer-facing platforms. You’ll work closely with internal and external teams to ensure service management processes are effective, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
This role requires participation in the on-call support roster.
What you'll do
- Support operational teams to optimise system performance and meet business outcomes.
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to ensure ITIL-aligned service delivery.
- Facilitate release and change management across critical applications and platforms.
- Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide reporting and insights across incident, change, and asset management.
- Participate in on-call support and vulnerability management for enterprise systems.
What you'll bring
- Experience in IT service delivery, including incident, problem, and change management (1–2 years minimum).
- Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and operational processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with IAM, CI/CD pipelines, Spring Boot APIs, and web applications.
- Ability to guide teams through change and process improvement initiatives.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams.
- ITIL Certification (Version 3 or 4) (Desired)
