What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing Personal Injury Commercial Claims, ensuring workers receive the entitlements they deserve.
- Reviewing medical, financial, and rehabilitation reports to make thorough and accurate claim assessments.
- Applying cost-effective strategies while prioritising the well-being of injured workers.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to provide proactive, timely case management.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to injured workers, employers, and legislative bodies.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant Experience: Whether you come from Workers Compensation claims, portfolio management, or call centre operations, your expertise matters. A psychology background is highly desirable.
- Team-Oriented: Be part of a strong, supportive team focused on delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional listening and communication skills to build rapport and handle a high-volume workload with empathy.
- Negotiation & Resilience: Ability to navigate complex information, negotiate effectively, and manage sensitive cases with resilience.
- Bonus: Allied Health or Psychology experience will set you apart.
