- Contract: 3-month fixed term
- Remuneration: $79,500 package (inclusive of 12% superannuation)

- Location: Open to candidates based in Sydney or Newcastle

This is a 3 Month contract opportunity to support workload over the Christmas period - We believe in setting you up for success and we want to empower our workforce and elevate your career with us.
This starts with a highly supportive 2-week training program to equip you with the foundation of being a Quick Resolution Claims Support Officer prior to being deployed into your designated team.
About the Role:
As a Quick Resolution Claims Support Officer, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and assisting customers that have been injured in a motor vehicle accident. You will offer first call resolutions to our customers and service providers, and filter calls to Claims Advisors.
Your duties will include:
- Answering inbound phone calls and providing excellent customer service
- Assist customers and service providers with clear and concise information
- Case noting phone calls and leave follow up information for Claims Advisors
- Liaise with other team members to ensure complex queries are set for follow up
- Understanding the general overview of claims management, timeframes and legislation
- Maintaining strong compliance requirements for both internal and external audits

- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Resilient, confident and willing to learn in a continuous changing environment
- Ability to manage in a fast paced and high-volume space
