About the Role

Are you ready to lead the transformation of media across one of Australia’s leading financial services groups? We’re looking for a Media Acceleration Lead to drive strategic initiatives at the intersection of media, ad/martech, and data. This is a pivotal role focused on improving media effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability across the Suncorp Group.

You’ll be a thought leader and execution partner, shaping the future of media through innovation in privacy, AI, and strategic partnerships. If you thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and have a passion for digital media and technology, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic media and adtech partnerships to drive measurable uplift.
  • Pilot and onboard technologies that enhance media performance.
  • Activate clean room use cases for audience strategy and privacy-compliant measurement.
  • Collaborate with Martech and Data Enablement teams to implement privacy-safe media technologies.
  • Champion AI, automation, and machine learning solutions across the media value chain.
  • Explore generative AI and LLM applications for creative, planning, and reporting.
  • Translate data-driven insights into actionable media strategies using platforms like GA4 and CDPs.
  • Embed media transformation into broader marketing and BAU workflows.
  • Support capability building across media and marketing teams.
  • Continuously scan the market for innovative tools, platforms, and partners.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, media, or related field (desirable).
  • 7+ years’ experience in digital media, performance marketing, or adtech roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital media strategy, programmatic buying, and measurement frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with GMP, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, CDPs, and clean rooms.
  • Proven ability to drive media innovation through technology and data partnerships.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance in media execution.
  • Comfort with emerging AI/LLM applications and their use in media operations.
