About the Role
We’re looking for a technically minded Senior Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of system upgrades, enhancements across our Claims Platform as well as supporting API integration with other applications. You’ll join a dynamic, collaborative team within our 250-member Analysis Chapter, where knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are part of our DNA.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to requirements
- Document current and future state processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation or simplification
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to elicit, validate, and prioritise business needs
- Create detailed user stories and artefacts to support Agile delivery
- Coach and support other analysts, contributing to chapter-wide initiatives and best practice
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally in insurance or financial services
- Strong technical understanding of Guidewire Claims Centre
- Proven ability to simplify complex information and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments using tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to lead workshops, manage dependencies, and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams
- A collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvement
