Senior Finance Analyst – Enabling Functions
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you’ll support executive leaders across enabling functions with financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You’ll contribute to strategic outcomes by delivering insights that drive performance and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of expense and FTE results.
Partner with executive stakeholders to interpret business drivers and provide financial advice aligned to strategic goals.
Deliver month-end reporting, including journal entries, variance analysis, and financial packs.
Provide actionable insights through Power BI reporting and scenario analysis.
Maintain cost allocation models and ensure alignment with business structures.
Build trusted relationships across Finance & Advice to support enterprise-wide outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering within a large organisation.
Proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX) and familiarity with TM1, Oracle Financials, and Power BI.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
A collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (CPA/CA/CFA preferred but not essential).
