About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Lead within the Brand & Customer Experience function, you’ll lead a team of digital and email marketing specialists to execute high-impact campaigns across SEM, display, social media, and email.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage data-driven insights to enhance customer acquisition experiences and align digital efforts with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Digital Marketing Strategy
- Define and implement strategies across SEM, display, social media, and email marketing.
- Use platforms like Google Search Ads, DV360 andand Salesforce Data Cloud to optimise campaigns.
Paid Advertising Management
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SA360, DV360.
- Conduct A/B testing, monitor performance, and adjust budgets to maximise ROI.
- Use Adthena for competitor analysis and identify market share opportunities.
- Collaborate with Brand teams to integrate performance media into broader campaigns.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
- Use analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with teams across marketing, product, and website to ensure a unified customer experience.
Budget Management
- Allocate budgets effectively to drive new business at an efficient CPA.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- Deep knowledge of SEM, social media, display advertising, and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SA360, DV360.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Collaborative mindset and effective team leadership.
Technical & Specialist Capabilities
- Expertise in digital performance media (SEM, Display, Social).
- Strategic planning and commercial acumen.
- Understanding of marketing technology and ad serving platforms (e.g., GMP).
- Skilled in digital analytics, attribution, and data-driven marketing.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
- High attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Influencing skills and ability to manage change.
- Test-and-learn mindset with strong conceptual thinking.
