About the Role
As a Delivery Lead, you’ll oversee end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. You’ll guide multiple teams, manage financials, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes. Your leadership will empower teams and help Product Owners drive success. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with possibility of permanent thereafter.
What You’ll Do
- Lead delivery of initiatives valued at $5M–$10M, ensuring outcomes meet time, cost, and quality expectations.
- Oversee multiple teams and provide guidance to Scrum Masters and Senior Scrum Masters.
- Manage project forecasting, monitoring, and reporting for mission-level budgets.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and senior stakeholders to define objectives and maintain delivery confidence.
- Apply Agile and scaled Agile frameworks to coordinate delivery and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present progress reports and recommendations to leadership.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–10 years’ experience as a Delivery Lead, with a strong background in project management.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst and proven ability to lead complex initiatives.
- Expertise in Agile and scaled Agile delivery approaches.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing senior executives.
- Insurance industry experience is highly beneficial.
