Digital Analyst – Digital Marketing

About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Analyst who is eager to learn and build a career in data‑driven marketing. This is a technical role where you’ll support the Digital and Customer Marketing team by assisting with retention performance reporting and analysis.
Working closely with marketing stakeholders, you’ll help ensure performance data is accurate, accessible and easy to understand, while developing your technical and analytical skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Across paid media (SEM, social, digital display) and customer 1:1 (email, SMS, push, in-app) channels:
- Transform, summarise and validate data: Use SQL to pull data to drive dashboards and answer ad‑hoc data requests.
- Assist with performance reporting: Support the creation, monitoring and analysis of marketing dashboards in Tableau.
- Analyse campaign performance: Assist with post‑campaign reporting, identifying trends, patterns and key takeaways.
- Contribute to insights: Help surface observations and questions from data to support marketing optimisation and decision‑making.
- Support experimentation: Assist with analysis of A/B tests and test‑and‑learn initiatives, including data preparation and results summaries.
- Collaborate and learn: Work with MarTech, Marketing Operations, Portfolio teams and agency partners to support data accuracy, reporting processes and learning opportunities.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, statistics, data science, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Digital Analyst or an insights/customer/data analyst.
- Exposure to paid media (SEM, social, digital display) and customer 1:1 (email, SMS, push, in-app) channel data.
- Proficient in SQL querying and creating Tableau (preferred) or Power BI dashboards.
- Hands on experience with control and holdout groups, or A/B testing.
- Exposure to Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics and Salesforce.
- A keen interest in data analysis, dashboarding and generating insights.
- Clear communicator who is open to feedback and eager to learn.
- Organised, reliable and able to manage tasks with guidance and support.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python or R.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Responsys or ad platforms (e.g. SA360, DV360, CM360, The Trade Desk).
