About the Role
Are you passionate about data-driven marketing and ready to shape the future of customer engagement? We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Performance Analytics Lead to embed a performance-driven culture within our Digital and Customer Marketing team.
You’ll ensure performance metrics are visible, aligned to targets, and drive actionable insights that shape growth and retention strategies across our 1-1 channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse growth and retention marketing performance across email and SMS channels, delivering timely and accurate reporting.
- Own and evolve dashboards, providing clear visibility of targets, KPIs, and performance drivers.
- Deliver actionable insights to influence growth and retention marketing strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities and churn risks, shaping data-led interventions to enhance customer engagement.
- Lead structured test-and-learn initiatives to optimise engagement, conversion, and lifecycle performance.
- Maintain robust data governance, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Coach team members on campaign performance, segmentation, and self-service analytics.
- Collaborate with MarTech, Marketing Operations, Portfolio, and agency partners to enhance automation and scalability.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, analytics, data science, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a closely related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with customer 1-1 channel data (email, SMS).
- Advanced proficiency and/or Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (mandatory).
Key Capabilities & Technical Competencies
- Ability to embed a performance-driven culture and set clear expectations.
- Deep understanding of customer behaviour and lifecycle levers.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and presentation skills.
- Excellent project, relationship, and workflow management skills.
- Advanced skills in email and SMS marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Adobe Analytics and GA4.
- Strong SQL(BigQuery) capability for audience extraction and campaign analysis.
- Expertise in building customer segments and interpreting dashboards.
- Experience in experimental design (A/B testing, lift testing, optimisation).
- Ability to distil complex data into actionable recommendations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with push and in-app channel data.
- Experience in Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analytics.
- Experience with ad buying platforms (SA360, DV360, CM360, The Trade Desk), Adobe Campaign and Responsys.
- Exposure to paid media technologies (SEM, social, digital display).
