We’re looking for a Platform Product Owner who not only brings deep Customer MDM expertise, but also a strong personal passion for customer data. What You’ll Do
- Lead the Customer MDM platform squad to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with business and customer needs.
- Own and evolve the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and platform guardrails.
- Develop and present business cases that support investment decisions and platform enhancements.
- Manage operational services and ensure compliance with governance, risk, and lifecycle requirements.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and delivery partners to drive platform efficiency and enablement.
- Contribute to vendor selection and RFP processes, bringing commercial insight and strategic thinking.
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine passion for customer data and its role in driving connected, customer‑centric experiences.
- Proven experience in Customer Master Data Management, including platform leadership and delivery.
- Strong capability in owning and evolving product roadmaps with measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated experience writing business cases and influencing investment decisions.
- Commercial acumen with exposure to RFP processes and vendor assessments.
- Ability to lead squads, remove blockers, and translate platform purpose into actionable goals.
