What you’ll do
- Create positive, meaningful customer experiences through confident inbound and outbound interactions.
- Quickly understand customer needs and deliver simple, effective solutions -resolving issues on the spot whenever possible.
- Support vulnerable customers with empathy and tailored care, making sure everyone feels valued and understood.
- Maintain accurate, reliable customer records with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams while following best-practice and compliance processes to deliver consistently great outcomes.
